*This is a fanfic that would take place after the trust challenge. Enjoy!*

"Campers!" Chris' voice came over the P.A system. "It's time for your next challenge! I think this will be fun. A good, old fashioned camping experience. A hiking trip! Up the mountain." The campers looked at the high mountain in the distance. Chris' laughter boomed over the P.A system. "You will be given a few days to get there, sleep a night, and come back. Pack warm clothes, It's supposed to snow tonight!" He left the P.A system with a small crackle. D.J turned to Geoff. "It's supposed to snow?!" He said. Geoff shrugged and headed over to his side of the cabin to collect some stuff. Duncan was already in the cabin, searching the cabin for some of his things. He picked up a sweater and stuffed it in a small backpack.
Courtney was in her side of the cabin searching for some of her things too. "Bridgette, do you know where I put my brown sweater?" She asked, looking under a bed. Bridgette shook her head. "Hmm, where did I put it?" She asked herself, looking in one of the armoire drawers. She gave up and tried to attach a sleeping bag onto a backpack without any luck. Bridgette smiled and did it for Courtney. "Thanks Bridgette." Bridgette nodded and began to pack her things. "Courtney, do you think Geoff is, er, into me?" Courtney looked at Bridgette, confused. "I thought you already knew. Of course he is!" Bridgette threw her friend a grateful smile.
The campers, all packed and ready, sat at the campfire as Chris went over the instructions again. Heather rolled her eyes, and Leshawna looked very bored. Duncan caught Courtney's eye and winked at her. Courtney rolled her eyes at him but blushed anyways. Duncan smirked and chucked a small piece of plastic at Courtney and it hit her in the back. Courtney turned around to glare at Duncan and he just laughed. Chris finished with his instructions and told the campers to go. Everyone got to their feet and began to walk towards the high mountain. Courtney led her team towards the mountain and Duncan walked directly behind her. Courtney began to get irritated, turned around, and abruptly stopped, making Duncan crash into her and pin her to the ground. His face was inches from hers and she glared at him as she stuggled to get out from underneath him. Duncan grinned and lifted himself off of her as if he had enjoyed it. Courtney continued to glare at him and Bridgette smiled at Courtney. Courtney frowned and began to lead the group again.
A few hours of walking later, they reached the base of the mountain. "Courtney, I think we should pair up." Geoff told her, looking up at the tall mountain. Courtney turned to him. "Why?" Geoff shrugged. "Because one of us might get lost. Or hurt." He added. Courtney sighed. "Fine. Pair up." D.J paired up with Harold, Geoff with Bridgette and Duncan stood beside Courtney. Courtney groaned and turned to Duncan. "No funny stuff, OK?" She told him. Duncan grinned and rolled his eyes. The base of the mountain wasn't very steep, but they would soon have to start rock climbing. Courtney began to lead but Bridgette stepped in front of her. "Courtney, I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but I've had more experience with this kind of stuff. I think I should lead." Courtney sighed. "Alright Bridgette." Courtney said, stepping aside to let Bridgette and Geoff through. Courtney waited for Duncan and began to walk beside him. He grinned at her and shifted his backpack on his shoulders. Bridgette stopped and so did the rest of the group. She had stopped because the side of a cliff had blocked her path. "I think we're going to have to rock climb now. It will start to get cold as we get up there so you might want to put a jacket on now." Harold made a face. "But I'm sweating down here." Bridgette looked at Harold. "Do you want to freeze?" He shook his head and began rummaging through his bag. Courtney searched frantically through her bag. "Great, I don't have a sweater." She said, sitting down on a near by rock. Duncan walked over to her. "You can borrow one of mine, unless you want to freeze." He told her and Courtney made a face. "No thanks." Duncan frowned. "You'll freeze then." He said. Courtney shook her head, more to herself than to him. Bridgette handed out harnesses and ropes. "OK, get your partner to hook you up. They have to do it right, or you might fall." She added. Everyone did their partner's harnesses. "Alright, now someone has to get high enough up there to stick the hook into the rock and put the rope through it. Your partner will be on belay so they'll hold you. When you have already put the rope through the hook you come down and you both start to climb. Make sure where you put the hook that it's near a stable footing area. We might get seperated so if you do, meet everyone else at the top. Good luck!" Courtney turned to Duncan. "Who do you want to climb?" She asked.  He shrugged. "I think I should because I'm wearing a sweater." Courtney nodded. "OK, good luck." She added, smiling. He gave her a quick nod and began to climb the rock.
Duncan felt the temperature drop as he climbed the rock wall, and he began to shiver. "Were is a footing area?" He thought. He looked around and saw one a few meters away to his left. He couldn't see Geoff or D.J as he searched. He moved over and finally felt the hard rock under his feet. He walked around on the platform for a few seconds to make sure it was stable and then walked over to the wall. He hammered the hook into it's surface as best he could and placed the rope on it. "I hope I did that right." He thought, looking at his work. At that, he began to climb back down the wall.
Courtney watched as Duncan climbed back down the mountain, unharmed. When he reached the bottom she ran over and hugged him. Duncan looked down at her, surprised. Courtney noticed what she was doing and let go of him quickly. "Did you, um, do it right?" She asked, blushing. "I hope so." He answered. He looked around. "Where is everyone?" He asked her. "They already left." Duncan nodded. "We'd better get going. We're already late." Courtney picked up the rope and began to attach it to her harness. "Courtney, you might want to use a sweater. It gets cold up there." He said. She shook her head again. She handed the rope to Duncan and blushed when their fingers brushed each other. He attached the rope to his harness and Courtney waited for him. "OK, let's get going." He said, grabbing the rock. Courtney followed behind him and they both began to climb the wall.
Duncan glanced down at Courtney when he felt the temperature drop and noticed she was shivering. He sighed and continued to climb. When he reached the footing area he had chosen he helped Courtney up onto it. When she took his hand, he felt how cold her hands were and nearly dropped her in shock. "Courtney, do you want to use my sweater now?" He asked as a cold wind whipped their faces. Shivering, she shook her head. He grinned and sat down on a rock. "You do know it gets colder as we climb, right?" He asked as Courtney sat on a rock farthest from him and ignored his question. "Courtney, your going to freeze. Take the sweater." He said, holding it out. "N-no, I'm f-fine." She managed to say. Duncan shook his head and put his sweater back into his bag. He walked over to and sat down next to her. Courtney glared at him. "L-leave m-me al-lone." She told him. He didn't move. "Have you ever heard of body heat?" He told her, edging closer to her. "Y-yes, and I d-don't need y-yours." She said coldly, rubbing her arms. Duncan rolled his eyes and wrapped his arms around her. "Leave m-me alone!" She said, but didn't move.
"What is he doing?" She thought. She felt as if she was glued to the rock. With Duncan's body close to hers, she began to feel the warmth. But mostly in her face where she was blushing redder by the second. "Do you want to use my sweater now?" He whispered quielty in her ear a few minutes later. Courtney gave up and nodded. He grinned. "I told you so." He said smugly. He left her to get his sweater and watched as seemed to not like the fact that he had left. He smirked to himself as he found his sweater. He carried it over to Courtney and handed it to her. Shivering, she snuggled into the sweater, searching for warmth. A few minutes later, Courtney stood up and walked over to the wall. "Are you ready to go now?" Duncan asked. She nodded, no longer shivering. "I'll go up this time." Duncan grinned. "OK Princess." Courtney glared at Duncan but then smiled. "Thanks for letting me use your sweater." She told him. Duncan frowned. "Uh, no problem." He replied, scratching his neck. She smiled again and placed her hands on the rock and began to climb.
Courtney finally found a platform and noticed it was quite large and there were trees on it. "Well, this looks nice." She said quietly as she placed her feet on the rocky ground. She nodded and hammered the hook into the wall. She then slid the rope seccurly through the hook and began to climb back down. When she reached Duncan, he smirked at her. "Enjoy the climb?" He asked. "It was, alright." She replied and waited for him to secure the rope to his harness. "Well, let's go." He said and walked in front of her.
They reached the other platform about an hour later and noticed that it was getting dark. They collected a few branches from the trees and placed them in a small pile. Courtney gathered some kinder while Duncan looked for his lighter. Courtney sighed as she placed the kinder on the branches. She sat down on the cold, hard ground and waited for Duncan to light the fire. When the fire had begun to flame, Courtney looked at the sun that was setting in the sky. She smiled and watched as the colors of orange, red and blue swirled together. Duncan watched Courtney's eyes light up as she watched the sunset and something very powerful hit Duncan. "Why are you just sitting there? You should be watching it with her and letting her know how much you like her!" A voice inside his head told him. Duncan sighed quietly and moved beside Courtney. Her eyes flickered towards him for a minute but she continued to watch the sunset. "It's so beautiful." She said quietly, as if her voice might disrupt the sky. "Yeah, it is." Duncan agreed, watching the sun crawl towards the horizon. "Duncan?" Courtney said in the same quiet tone. "Yeah?" He answered, matching her tone. She hesitated. "Are you cold?" She asked. Duncan sat there confused for a second. "A little bit. Why?" He replied. "Do you need help warming up?" She asked, blushing. Duncan realized what she was getting at and grinned. "Maybe." He replied. Courtney saw his expression and punched him playfully on the arm. "Hey! That's my good arm!" He said. Courtney giggled and looked at his face. The fire was small and didn't produce much heat. A cold wind swirled around them and bit their faces. Courtney hid in Duncan's chest to prevent the chilly wind from catching her. Duncan grinned even though the wind stung his face. That's when he saw the tiny specs of snow falling to the ground. "Courtney, it's starting to snow." He told her. Courtney lifted her head off of him and looked around. "Wow, it's snowing in summer. You don't really see that every year, do you?" She said. Duncan shook his head and wrapped his arms around her as she was still leaning against him. Courtney watched as their breath turned into a cloud of smoke before her eyes and snuggled into Duncan's sweater further. Duncan grinned. "Are you cold?" He asked her. She looked up at him. "Yeah." She answered. Duncan looked down at her red face. "Is it your face?" He asked and Courtney nodded. "Do you want me to warm that up to?" He asked smirking. Courtney rolled her eyes and watched the last bit of the sun fall out of the sky. "I think we should set up the tent." Duncan said, guesturing towards his bag. Courtney nodded and slowly pulled away from him. Duncan walked over to his bag to get the tent.

                                                                           ~2:43 Am~

Courtney woke up to the freezing temperature that was chilling her body. She was shivering, and her sleeping bag wasn't helping her much. She looked around in the dark, trying to focus her eyes in the tent. She saw the slight sillouette of Duncan about a foot away and she could make out their bags near the door of the tent. She crawled out of her sleeping bag and moved to the entrance of the tent. She looked outside and gasped. There was thick, icy sheet of snow covering the ground before her. She slowly placed her hand on the snow and felt it's cold against her skin. She removed her hand and looked at the shape she left, marked in the snow. Her breath came out in small clouds as it had the night before. The snow shimmered like small diamonds as the moonlight hit it's flat surface, making it sparkle and cast beautiful patterns on the side of the tent. "What are you doing?" Duncan was behind her, whispering in her ear. Courtney jumped at the sound of his voice and turned around to realize she was a few centemeters away from his face. Duncan grinned and looked outside at the snow. "That can't be to good." He said, gazing at the shimmering snow. Courtney nodded and shivered as a cool wind flew past them, making her hair whip their faces. Courtney yawned and looked at the sky, smiling. "Duncan, can I ask you something?" She said, gazing up at the stars. Duncan gave her a confused look. "Uh, sure. What is it?" Courtney blushed but it could have easily be mistaken for the cold temperature. "Do you sing?" She asked. It was Duncan's turn to blush. "Maybe." He replied, looking at the snow. Courtney noticed his face and grinned. "You do, don't you?" She asked. "If I say yes, you can't tell anyone, OK?" He told her, looking into her eyes. She nodded, looking back. "OK, I do. A bit. Happy now?" He said. Courtney grinned again. "So you do, a bit." She said. "Can you sing me a song?" She asked a few minutes later. Duncan sighed. "Why Courtney?" He said quietly. Courtney shrugged. "Because I want to hear you sing." Duncan sighed again. "Fine." He said, giving up. "Don't laugh." He told her. She giggled, smiled, then nodded.
"Like a gift from the heavens, it was easy to tell,
It was love from above, that could save me from hell, She had fire in her soul it was easy to see,
how the devil himself could be pulled out of me, There were drums in the air as she started to dance,
Every soul in the room keeping time with there hands,
And we sang:
Ay oh ay oh ay oh ay,
And the voices rang like the angels sing,
We’re singing…
Ay oh ay oh ay oh ay,
And we danced on into the night,
Ay oh ay oh,
Ay oh ay oh,
And we danced on into the night"
Courtney smiled as she listened to Duncan's voice quietly. When he stopped, Courtney hugged him and Duncan grinned. "That was great!" She said, shivering. "Thanks." He said. "Will you sing me a song now?" He asked, looking at her. Courtney sighed and nodded. "OK, fine. Same rules though." Duncan grinned and nodded. "Sing Courtney, sing!" He said when she hesitated. "I will OK!" She said playfully.
Waking up I see that everything is ok
The first time in my life and now it's so great
Slowing down I look around and I am so amazed
I think about the little things that make life great
I wouldn't change a thing about it
This is the best feeling
This innocence is brilliant
I hope that it will stay
This moment is perfect
Please don't go away
I need you now
And I'll hold on to it
Don't you let it pass you by
Duncan smiled when Courtney finished. "That was really good." He told her. She blushed and smiled back at him. "Thank you." She told him softly. She looked up at the sky again and inhaled the crisp, cold, night air. "It's very pretty, isn't it?" She said. Duncan nodded. Courtney leaned back into Duncan and smiled. Duncan wrapped his arms around her shoulders and relaxed. After a few minutes, Duncan noticed Courtney was about to doze off. "Courtney, we'd better get to bed if we want to catch up with the rest of the team tomorrow." She nodded and broke away from him. He released her and crawled over to his sleeping bag. He watched as Courtney began to shiver again, even under his sweater. He shook his head and grinned. "Courtney, come here or else your going to freeze." She grinned and crawled over to him. "Hi." She whispered, rubbing her arms with her hands. He opened his arms and she crawled into them gratefully.
Duncan woke up the next mourning to the sunlight beaming on his face. He opened his eyes and found Courtney still wrapped in his arms. He grinned and relaxed, comfortable and happy. The second time he was awakened was when he felt Courtney moving. He smiled again and looked at her. She was trying to wiggle her way out without waking him up. "Princess, I'm already awake." He told her, grinning. She looked up and giggled. He gave her a confused expression. "It's nothing. It's just your hair looks funny in the morning." She said, giggling again. He grinned and hugged her. She smiled. "Were you warm enough last night?" He asked. "Part of the time." She answered. Duncan looked around the tent. "Do you think there's still snow outside?" He said. Courtney frowned. "Maybe." She replied. Duncan's stomach growled. "Oh, sorry. I'm just hungry, that's all." He said. Courtney giggled. Duncan rolled his eyes and smirked at her. "Do we have any food?" He asked. "I'm not sure. But I thought Bridgette had it.." Her panic-striken face showed that she had not packed any food. "So, you didn't pack any food?" He asked. She shook her head. "Crap! I didn't either!" Duncan released Courtney and crawled over to their bags. Courtney sat there in Duncan's sleeping bag wondering what they could eat. As Duncan searched through his bag, Courtney crawled over to the tent's entrance and peered outside. "Whoa!" She said. Duncan turned his head to her. "What is it?" He asked. Courtney's eyes widened and looked outside again. "There's uhm, a lot more snow than we thought. And ice." She told him. Duncan crawled over to where Courtney sat and looked outside. During the short period of time since they had last been there, the snow had grown a good 7 inches. "Chris wasn't lying when he said it was supposed to snow then." Duncan said. Courtney nodded. "Well, we'd better get outside then." Duncan said. Courtney sighed and looked outside again. They both put on their hiking boots and stepped outside onto the snow. Since Courtney went first, she had no idea how slippery the stone would be and her first step wasn't that good. She left the tent, took one step, and fell. "Ouch!" She said when she hit the ground. Duncan laughed. "Are you alright?" He said. "Yes." She replied, trying to get her footing back. Duncan slid over to her and helped her up. "Did you ever go ice-skating at all?" He asked her. She nodded. "Oh, OK." He said, sliding away from her as if he were skating. "Duncan, we'd better get going so we can meet the others at the top." She called to him. He turned and headed back to her. He stopped in front of her and lifted her chin up with his hand. "It's to slippery to climb a wall Courtney. Don't you know that?" He said to her. She rolled her eyes and Duncan laughed and let go of her chin. Courtney turned around to look at the wall. She slid over to it and touched it's cold and icy surface. "He was right!" She muttered to herself in disbelief.
A few hours later, Duncan harnessed himself up and bagan to climb the rock wall carefully. It was still a bit slippery but he knew he could manage. "We'll probably get to the top by the end of the day." He had told Courtney earlier. "OK, good luck!" She had called. When he had finally found a new ledge, he stepped onto it and looked up the wall. "If we stop here, our next trip could take us to the top. But Courtney might not be able to climb all that way." He thought. He made his decision and nailed the hook into the rock wall.
Duncan was just about to touch the ground when Courtney slipped and let go of the rope. Duncan crashed to the ground and they both heard a horrible crack. Duncan yelled out in pain. Courtney gasped and carefully slid over to him. "Duncan, are you alright?" She asked. Duncan's eyes were lit with anger. "No!" He shouted, rubbing his ankle. Courtney felt horrible and tears sprang to her eyes. "Duncan, I'm so sorry." She whispered as he scrunched his face in pain. Courtney slid over to the tent and searched for something in her bag. She returned to Duncan a moment later with a first aid kit in her hand. "I don't need a first aid kit." He told her in a growl. "Yes you do." She insisted quietly. "Let's get back to the tent." She said. "How?" He asked angrily. Courtney, looking hurt, took his arm and pulled him up to a standing position. She supported his body and they both slowly walked across the ice. When they arrived at the tent, Courtney let Duncan crawl carefully over to his sleeping bag. "Take off your shoe." Courtney told him in a whisper. He did slowly and carefully to try to not move his ankle. When this task was complete, Courtney sat in front of him and got to work. She wrapped the bandages around his ankle carefully and gave him pain killers. "I have a water bottle in my bag." She said. "I can drink snow." He said angrily. Courtney crawled in front of him so that he couldn't leave the tent. "No, you can't. You could catch something." She told him. Duncan gave her an angry face. "Move." He demanded. Courtney shook her head. "Move Courtney." He repeated. "No Duncan. I'm not moving." Duncan's eyes blazed and he pushed Courtney. The force of his push wasn't very strong because he was only on two arms and one leg but Courtney still rolled onto her side. She quickly returned to her place, guarding the tent opening. "I said I'm not moving." She said, getting angry herself. Duncan glared at her and tried to push her over again but she dodged and lunged for him. She rammed his shoulders and pinned him on his back. While their faces were inches apart she kept her glare firm and angry. Duncan then grabbed her face and pulled it towards his, making their lips meet. Courtney, angry, then shocked, kissed him back. Courtney felt his lips crush hers and her anger quickly escaped with the wind blowing outside the tent. When they broke apart, Courtney's arms collapsed and she fell into Duncan's chest. Duncan was grinning and Courtney giggled. She lifted herself off of him and crawled over to her bag to get the water bottle. She found it and handed the pills and the bottle to Duncan. "There. Now take the medication." She ordered. Duncan grinned. "I don't have to." He said. "Why?" Courtney asked, crawling back over to him. "Because I didn't really hurt my ankle." He said, smirking. Courtney looked at him confused. "I pretended. I fell on a stick. I was pretending." He said again when Courtney didn't respond. She punched him in the arm and frowned. "What was that for?" He asked. "For lying to me!" She said pouting. "Aww, Courtney. Come on." He said, crawling over to her and putting a hand on her shoulder which Courtney quickly shook off. "Courtney, you don't have to hide that you like me anymore. You kissed me back, remember." Courtney frowned. "I was pretending." She said, mocking his voice. Duncan grinned. "Oh come on, you were not!" He accused her. "Do you want to pin me again?" He asked a few minutes later. Courtney giggled and turned around to look at him. She crossed her arms and closed her eyes. Duncan took this opportunity to kiss her again. When he did, Courtney jumped in shock and fell backwards, Duncan right with her. "Hello again." He said slyly. Courtney pushed her hand into his face and only removed it when they were facing each other in a sitting position. "Duncan, when you kiss someone, make sure they know what your doing first." She told him. "But you didn't know what I was doing when I kissed you the first time." Courtney thought for a minute. "Well, you don't kiss someone when their eyes are closed." She replied. "Your eyes aren't closed now. Can I kiss you?" He said. Courtney giggled and leaned in for a kiss. Duncan's hand was suddenly on her face. She shook it off, confused. "What?" She said. "You said I shouldn't kiss someone when their eyes are closed." He said simply. Courtney rolled her eyes. "You did say th-" "Just kiss me Duncan!" Courtney interupted him, pulling him forward by the shirt so their faces would meet. Duncan's hands tangled in Courtney's hair and she was gripping on to his neck for support as he leaned forward.
A few hours later, Duncan and Courtney both stepped onto the new ledge and felt the even colder temperature as they set their bags down on the ground so they could have a bit of a rest before they started again. The snow crunched under their feet as they walked around. "Are you ready to start Courtney?" Duncan asked her. "Yeah." She replied. She began to climb the wall and felt how cold it was. About and hour later of climbing, she found the top. The wall turned into a slope and she could finally walk on the cold rock. She rubbed her hands together as the snow began to fall around her. She hammered the hook into the rock and began to go back down the side of the mountain. When she reached Duncan, she was excited about finding the top. "That's great! Now, let's go." He said, harnessing himself up for climbing.
They arrived at the top of the mountain and hugged each other happilly. "We made it." Duncan whispered happily in Courtney's ear. "I know." She whispered back. They walked closely together so that that cold wouldn't bite them as much. There was a lot of snow and their vision was cut back. "Guys! Over here! Duncan, Courtney!" Bridgette's voice came from their right. They looked at each other and headed towards Bridgette's voice. She ran up to them and pulled them along to a large tent. "Go right in." She told them. They entered the tent and were shocked at how warm it was. Courtney took a step forward and fell. Duncan reached out and caught her before she hit the floor. "Courtney?" Duncan said, holding her in his arms. Her head lolled from side to side and Bridgette came over to see what happened. "She just fainted." Duncan said, worried. Bridgette smiled. "She's either hungry, thirsty or shocked that she's warm." Duncan frowned and looked down at Courtney. "I think it might be all three." He said. Bridgette's eyes widened. "You didn't have any food?" She asked and Duncan shook his head. Bridgette walked away and left Duncan to sit on the floor, which was covered in fluffy, warm blankets. Geoff walked over to Duncan and grinned. "Did you kiss her yet?" He asked. Duncan grinned. "More than once." He said. Geoff laughed. Bridgette came back with spoons and something that looked like corn and carrots in plastic containers. "What is it?" Duncan asked. "It's packet food." She answered and Duncan nodded, taking the containers. They were both warm. "Thanks Bridgette." He said. She nodded and walked away with Geoff. Duncan nudged Courtney. "Courtney, we have food." He said. She opened her eyes a bit and looked up at him, and then around the tent. "What? Where am I?" She asked and Duncan chuckled. "Your in a nice, warm tent with food and drinks. Now eat." He said, giving her one of the two containers Bridgette had handed him. Courtney rolled her eyes and looked at the contents of the container. "Packet food." Duncan answered her facial expression. Courtney nodded and opened the container. "Hmm." She said, tasting the food. "It doesn't taste that bad compared to Chef's cooking." She said. Duncan nodded, taking a bite off of his spoon.
The next day, the campers all slept well and were ready for the climb down the mountain. Duncan and Courtney walked out of the tent together, hand in hand. "Duncan, do you hear something?" She asked him as a loud flapping sound seemed to get louder as it approached. He nodded and looked around. "Oh my god!" Courtney said and pointed at a yellow helicopter in the sky. "It's Chris!" She yelled. Chris landed the helicopter a few yards away from Courtney and Duncan and they could feel the wind whipping their faces. "Alright." Chris said as he exited the vehicle. "I have come to take you all back down to the island. Where it's warm." He added, shivering. All the campers piled into Chris' helicopter and flew back down to Camp Wawanakwa. When they left the helicopter, Owen started screaming with joy and Bridgette smiled at the sun. "Well, we are now finally back to the warm and boring." Duncan said to Courtney at the dock. "It was so beautiful up there." Courtney said. "But I'm glad we're back to being warm." She said. Duncan nodded. "But, if we hadn't done that challenge, we wouldn't be, us." Duncan said grinning. Courtney smiled and felt Duncan's arm around her waist pull her closer to him. "Duncan, can you sing me another song?" Courtney asked him smiling. Duncan grinned. "I'm asking for a price." He said slyly. "And what might that be?" She asked. "Another kiss." Courtney smirked. "OK, deal." He nodded his head and began to sing:
Desperate for changing
Starving for truth
I'm closer to where I started
Chasing after you
I'm falling even more in love with you
Letting go of all I've held onto
I'm standing here until you make me move
I'm hanging by a moment here with you

Forgetting all I'm lacking
Completely incomplete
I'll take your invitation
You take all of me now...

I'm falling even more in love with you
Letting go of all I've held onto
I'm standing here until you make me move
I'm hanging by a moment here with you
I'm living for the only thing I know
I'm running and not quite sure where to go
And I don't know what I'm diving into
Just hanging by a moment here with you
This is my new fanfic and it took me a little while to write because I had a lot of stuff to do. Like homework, blagh. Anywho, the songs are as follows:
Duncan's first song: Into The Night - Santana Feat. Chad Kroeger
Courtney's song - Innocence - Avril Lavigne
Duncan's second song - Hanging By A Moment - Lifehouse
Oh yeah, and that one part, where Courtney wakes up in the middle of the night, it really reminds me of the first verse of If Everyone Cared by Nickelback. As i've said before, music motivates me. =]
